You can but its not advised. If you want to do that get a business license and pay taxes and then you should be legal.

Home Brew- Best place to buy beer ingredient kits?
I bought a clone kit from my local home brew show and it ended up being a bit dissapointing. The grain /Hops were not properly stored and seemed to be a bit stale.

Does anyone have EXPERIENCE with any good online shops for beer kits? Specifically looking to get a good English brown ale kit.

    THanks

Can you buy online homemade beer kits like Northern Brewer and then after getting it in the mail and brewing your own beer, can you sell that beer? or is there some legal thing saying you cant? i just want to double check and make sure.

I’m looking to buy my father a home beer brewing kit for my parents’ anniversary but there are a lot of options online. What’s the best option?

Try Defalco’s Beer and Wine Supply online. They have kits that include ingredients for the first batch that start around 30 bucks or so. The folks that work there are VERY knowledgeable and great to deal with. Ask for Scott and tell him the Box Queen in Georgia recommended them!

Both are great shops. I’ve also used Northern Brewer in MN and they are fantastic.

The instructions are really good, ingredients very fresh, and if you need to give them a call, they are very helpful.

    Good luck!

When brewing commercially available beer kits how many 12 oz. bottles will be produced?
How much are the kits costing in your area, please state the region, city or state you live. Where you bought kits, chain store, online or local retailer. One last question, do you – bottle or keg?
    Doing some research.

    Thanks and happy brewing.

What makes a good beer kit? Where would I find it online?
I am buying my boyfriend a homebrewing kit for his birthday. I know very little about what is good, but I do not want something that is cheap and will taste bad. Any suggestions?
